Sustainable Design Services

Loebl Schlossman & Hackl is committed to sustainable design principles reflected in guidelines such as the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System® published by the U.S. Green Building Council. We believe that all buildings can, and should, be environmentally responsible: to mitigate and/or repair damage to the environment, to minimize energy and natural resource consumption, and to improve building occupant quality of life. Our firm promotes integrated, sustainable design in several ways, by:

  • partnering with clients to design buildings that are environmentally responsible
  • teaming with engineers, landscape architects and other consultants who practice sustainable design
  • supporting ongoing research of sustainable design initiatives and products
  • providing in-house education and training for our staff

Loebl Schlossman & Hackl is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, and a number of our staff are LEED Accredited Professionals.
